| GANNOMAT Vantage CNC Line Drilling
Machine for drilling rows of holes
The Vantage is a CNC drilling system and can be used for precision
single, double, triple and multiple rows, of line drilling. All
line of holes will be automatically drilled in one automatic cycle.
This GANNOMAT line boring machine is specifically developed for
closet and cabinet manufacturers as well as woodworking shops with
the need of fast production of system line holes.
The quality boring aggregates are equipped with precision drill
heads on 32mm centers. For a consistent feed speed and chip free
through boring on most coated panels, the up and down movement is
completely controlled by hydraulic and this in combination of the
solid aggregate design, which is characterized by the high and stable
design allows accurate line drilling operations.
The boring from underneath provides faster, cleaner and safer drilling
as well as prolongs tooling life and better quality drilling.
Applications are for example 3 and 5 mm shelf pin holes at cabinet
sides, closets, wardrobes, bookcase side as blind holes or as clean
through holes on both sides for for example for center dividers
with the need of thru holes.
The Vantage is easy and fast programmable through a touch screen
with user-friendly software. Programmable able are for example,
name, comment, multiple rows, row position in y, bore depth. A program
can be opened by entering the program name, choosen out of the program
list or by barcode. The workpice is loaded to the machine table,
and placed against the back fence and positioned against the left
or right end stop. Through the convenient foot pedal the drilling
cycle can be started immediate after loading. The drilling units
are moving automatically to the programmed drilling positions and
will start the drilling cycle.
Simple and easy access to the controls from the front makes it
very easy to work with large and long workpieces.
Vantage I is a single row line drill with one vertical boring aggregate
from below with 76 drilling spindles.
Vantage II is a double row line drill with two vertical boring
aggregates from below with each 76, in total 152 drilling spindles.
